Plans and Pricing
RedGifs AI offers tiered subscription plans that unlock additional features and higher message allotments. The current plans, their prices, and their inclusions are displayed on the in-app plans screen at the time of purchase. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may be adjusted from time to time; the price in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
Recurring Billing and Auto-Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, unless a different cadence is shown at checkout). By starting a paid plan you authorize ERS Interactive or its payment processor to charge your payment method on file for each renewal at the then-current rate. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Account → Billing screen; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew thereafter.
Payment Processors
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors selected by ERS Interactive on a per-region or per-product basis. ERS Interactive does not store full payment-card numbers; we receive a tokenized reference from the processor that allows us to recognize a paying account and to charge it for subsequent renewals you have authorized.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds except as described in our Refund Policy.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge appears in error, please contact ERS Interactive before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. We will investigate promptly. Initiating a chargeback for charges that are not the result of fraud or unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination of your account in addition to any other remedies available to ERS Interactive.
Taxes
You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes applicable to your purchases, except where ERS Interactive is required by law to collect such taxes. Where collection is required, the applicable tax will be added to the displayed price at checkout.
