Complaints Policy
If you have a complaint about content on this site — including content you believe was published without your consent, content depicting a minor, or other unlawful material — please submit a content-removal request using the form below. We review every request promptly and in good faith. All communications are confidential.
Submitting this form does not guarantee removal. We weigh each request against applicable law, our Terms of Service, and the rights of other users. We may contact you for clarification.
We will review and resolve all reported complaints within five (5) business days. Thank you for taking the time to submit this issue for review.
Australian Users — eSafety Commissioner
If you are located in Australia and your complaint relates to content or conduct on RedGifs AI, you may submit a complaint to us using the complaints form on this page. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we have not resolved your complaint within 30 days, you may escalate your complaint to the Australian eSafety Commissioner:

The eSafety Commissioner is Australia's independent regulator for online safety. The Commissioner has the power to investigate complaints about online content and services, including AI-generated content, and may require us to take action in response to a complaint.
We are committed to cooperating fully with any investigation or notice issued by the eSafety Commissioner under the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth).
If your complaint relates to AI-generated explicit content that you believe should not have been accessible to you or to a minor, please indicate this clearly in your complaint. We treat such complaints as priority matters.
If you believe a child has been exposed to harmful content on our platform, we encourage you to report this directly to the eSafety Commissioner at esafety.gov.au/report without waiting for our internal process.
